I have spent my career focused on all forms of data. I have focused on developing algorithms to detect fraud, reduce patient readmission and redesign insurance provider policy to help reduce the overall cost of healthcare. I have also helped develop analytics for marketing and IT operations in order to optimize limited resources such as employees and budget. such a nice discussion! may i ask for some advice? I'm a data engineer with 7 years of experience stuck in legacy tools like Talend, do you got any tip to land a job in modern stacks like Databricks or Azure? i already made dp-203 and i'm working on databricks certifications but i'm struggling to get interviews since i don't have work experience with them, thank you!

Since you already have a lot of general experience, you could try making your current employer excited about Azure by telling them about it and hopefully starting new projects with it to give both the company and yourself Azure experience.
