"Why Should God End the Virus?" ~ Isaiah

Many are praying for the end of COVID-19. Here's something to consider, however. God sent this virus for a purpose. Have we as a nation and have we as a church learned what we are to learn by Him sending it? That is, has our nation learned that Jesus is King and has the church learned that we are to be about our chief mission? And if we haven't learned those lessons, why should God stay His hand? And why should we be praying to God to end the virus just so we can go back to what we were doing before?
