I have a px7 in my Pete 330, when I bought it it had 57k miles and I was averaging about 12 mpg. I noticed that the mileage has been steadily dropping since about 80k miles, I now have 150k on it and am getting about 8.9 mpg. It runs reliably and is not throwing any codes, could this be a valve adjustment issue?

It’s engine filter dirty already , I my selfe change this filter because of polen issues in the northeast area’s, I own t680 Paccar and my truck still gives 7.9 . Loaded with water bottles. 46.thousand pounds,
