There is biggest scaffolding structure just before 1 Bank street, now the plaza and park is built there, it is for time till potential tenant is found and the 5 Bank street twin building can be built.

Newfoundland is still under construction, lights in the night are on just because many fitters are behind schedule. It is all residential, but all residences will be only for bankers as a company flats, these are not for sale for general public. That will be Landmark pinnacle next door will have flats for public to buy.
