Why Should You Buy Cycles from Decathlon ?

I bought the Triban 100 Road cycle from the online store. I had to do so in the first place because they didn’t have the XS size at the on-location store. They packaged it so poorly that the cheap plastic parts on it have broken into pieces! When I emailed them with photo proof I received a very vague response that mentioned nothing about replacing the damaged parts free of cost. They told me to contact the on-location store. When I did, they said they don’t have original parts to the bike either? So why the hell am I paying such prices to these people in the first place?! If I don’t see a solution in a couple of days I’m returning the cycle. Such irresponsibility from packaging to customer handling. I’m very dissatisfied by all this! Guys make sure your get the right bicycle size for you. If you don’t find the size leave the bloody museum. How do you find your size? When seated the soles of your feet can easily relax on the ground. That’s the right bike for you. But they won’t tell this to you because all they care about is sales and profit. I am a customer. This is my experience after buying their top end bike. Pete ;”)

Downside of decathlon is they don't include even basic accessories like stand. You have buy every part as accessory with extra price. Bell, light, mudguard lock , reflector etc etc are charged extra.

I am talking on the bases of the facts bro. I indeed checked their website multiple times. Talked with customer care. There is no MTB in this price bracket. They had rockrider st560 but they discontinued it. They had rockrider xc 50. It is also not available.
