I have been going through a really hard time after being umemployed for 10 months. My husband and my brother died early in the pandemic and then I lost my job. I went to a job interview about 3 weeks ago and afterward, I went to Walmart where I ran into an old friend. She prayed for me out loud right in the middle of the pharmacy department! After weeks of negotiations, I'm in the final phase of starting that new job!

You need both though I think King David said he sat on his bed and meditated on the Lord and his Word. I am naturally expressive so speaking out loud comes naturally so i need the other more. For clarity on hearing from the Lord I need silent prayer , fellowship and meditation with the Lord, but otherwise for general prayers and concerns yes shout to the Lord

Do not give up praying in the Spirit it is normal to happen. Keep training your spirit. Anything big starts little. Everyone has a level. Some people connect immediately others takes time. Do not give up. Train your Spirit.

@@AB-nt3il give our heart assignment to pray at all times. In the beginning is very challenging but as we continue doing it our heart will take over. I learnt that from prophet TB JOSHUA of late. It can be by making melody in the heart by singing hymns, psalms or what ever word of God you choose to say repeatedly all the time. We should never cease from praying.

When you pray out loud it become more powerful, I pray from my heart & I pray with the HolySpirit, I say HolySpirit pray for me, pray with me, tell Father what is in my heart that I haven't tell father yet, pray to father what I hide in my heart still, pray to father how I truly feel in my heart with all my strength! When I tell you I start to feel fire of the holyspirit, I start to shake to feel fire, room shake like an earthquake, all become, peace be still and know that iam God! Tears falls, father presence is there with me... iam grateful father so gracious! It was not a loud prayer it was just my regular tone praying just out loud! Plus holyspirit always tell me to pray outloud! Hehe

@@1god2savem37 meaning the whole place shake, not just my room but the whole household, everything become silents, like Our Father says Peace be still and know that i am God! body become eletricrying, i start to feel fire, it like if shook all that no longer serve, w.e demons, evil spirit, witch crafts, voodoo, shadows, entity’s in that moment i was praying everything ran, left my space, my hemisphere, i shook everything in this house where i rented my room, in texas. that iam now. everything fear the holyspirit, holy spirit was presence with me as i pray, all that spiritual warfare left in that moment everything shook, my temple start to shake in a way most people cant understand, & i was 3 day fasting too. i mean i feel it even when iam not praying because iam always presence with the holyspirit. is my best friend hehe

I have prayed silently for so many years because some Bible teacher said the devil can hear your prayers. My prayers have seemed ineffective so I’m extra glad to hear this message today and I thank you for it. Glad you are the greatest, easiest to understand and scriptural. Diana, I thought the same thing for so long. Gotta pray silently because the enemy hears me and may sabotage my prayers. I was finally taught that to protect myself and any conversation with God, I start by stating, ‘I cover this conversation or prayer with the blood of Jesus’. No demons wants to hang around the blood of Jesus!

Same! I pray out loud for others no problem and when addressing demonic things I also pray out loud. I also pray out loud when speaking in tongues, or worshipping but when I pray for myself or just in general conversation with God I pray in my head because I think the enemy can hear and therefore act and try to deceive me or twist the answer to my prayer. I’m starting to think this is definitely wrong way of thinking

Blessings to everyone who sees this. I had fought with this back and forth myself. What it comes down to is your heart posture with the Lord. He knows your heart and knows what you will pray before you even start to. The problem is when we shift our focus on why we are praying silently. Is it because we don’t want the enemy to hear our prayers or is it because we want to keep the prayer personal coming from our “heart” (which is also the mind, will, when you look at the blb). I agree that praying loud can build our boldness in what we pray either alone or with others. Hold every lie or thought captive from distracting you (don’t let fear or other devices of the enemy attack you) and cast it at the feet of Jesus. The question we have to ask ourselves is are we praying silently out of fear or is it from a place that is personal between you and the Lord? God bless everyone in Jesus name 🤗

It’s been a real struggle to pray out loud. My wife and I have been exercising our pray life for about a year now. We’re slowly growing and becoming more and more confident. We hope to have the courage and confidence we need to pray in front of others or even in a corporate prayer meeting.

I've never been good with verbal speaking even in prayer, it feels forced or fumble when I try.. iwrite letters to God, when i write it flows like water from my spirit. Now singing and making joyful noise to the Lord I do this all day long. And many times I cry without words to the Lord. Sometimes we don't have words and I think that's ok, i truly would rather my heart be without words than my words be without heart.. I trust the holy spirit and God to give me the right words when the time is right, otherwise it just doesn't feel right to me. Im still praying for the boldness to better speak to God out loud.

I can't even explain why I can't pray out loud. It's like getting the nerve to jump off a high bluff for the first time at the lake or something. What you said makes sense about concentrating. I lose focus every few seconds. Maybe the brain gets confused whether praying or thinking. I can see that losing focus would happen less if praying aloud, cause I don't do that talking to people. I just talk to them.

I hear so many people saying they don’t pray well or don’t know what to say when praying for others. Praying outloud by yourself also prepares you to be comfortable speaking prayers over others which is what we should do when prompted💕 It’s a practice that never has to be perfect but allows you to get in the habit to easily offer prayers to others

Both mouth and spirit prayers are good. Some people pray all-day long in their heart (spirit). Our heart needs to be closer to God before he will hear your prayer. We are covered wether we pray aloud or in the Spirit.I do both.

I’ve learned so much about myself and about hearing the Holy Spirit by praying out loud. I started praying with a prayer journal and the Lord said “write what I impart to you”. As I pray I find some of my prayer being led by the Holy Spirit over what I’m praying. Im lead to a scripture to confirm. This has nurtured my love for prayer and increase my faith and trust in the Father. I can go back through my journal and see how the Lord is leading me to grow, to focus, to pray, to proclaim, to seek, to prune and groom me through my prayer. Wow. This is so enlightening, Pastor Vlad. I've always preferred praying with mouth open and verbalized prayer too especially when I pray in tongues. But my situation right now is kinda tough because I share a room with a family so I don't really own the room all for myself. And that's why I have to pray silently every night & morning but sometimes, I can't take it. I want to worship loud and pray my heart out to God with words so I go to the bathroom to pray, and cry out to God especially when I'm engaging into spiritual warfare & praying in the Spirit and Yes, praying out loud is still much more powerful. Because even the devil can hear you and will tremble in fear.

Pastor vladimir I've been watching and listening to you on isaiah salvidor network and I am also watching your videos. You come across so sincere and faithful. I am inspired by your teachings. Pastor I would like to connect with you for prayer and deliverance. There is an evil spirit a demon in my house and all I prayer , and fast it will not leave. It moves things around in my house. Great Bible study Vlad! I started praying on my way to work last year. It started off as the last 5 or 10 minutes but now has grown to almost the entire length of the drive which can be anywhere from 30-45 minutes. It's almost like a gift that grows when you use it. I start off thanking God for all of the things in this world that glorify Him. Then I incorporate the Lord's prayer and really meditate on it's meaning and how it relates to me at the moment. I then pray for Him to bless His Church and fill it with the fruits of His Holy Spirit. I pray for friends and family and for any concerns that the Lord puts on my mind. I then pray for the leadership in our country in politics, business and especially the Church. In the home stretch I start praying for my coworkers by name that the Lord would grant them His wisdom and righteousness throughout the day and that we would help each other out so that He may be glorified in us I used to pray silently but there is so much more clarity when you pray aloud. The more you do it the more it makes sense to do it. I truly believe that the louder you speak to God, the louder He will speak to you!

I struggle praying out loud. Part of it is feeling self conscious and the other is that I am more focused when I pray in my head. I can verbalize better in my head than out loud. Maybe that all stems from my self consciousness.

I pray out loud everyday or week with my friends. And sometimes by myself. When I'm alone, I seem to do better when I'm having a silent conversation with God, sometimes it's as if He speaks back to my heart. On some occasions, I write down my prayers. All three work for me. Sometimes praying out loud when I'm alone doesn't work as the sound of my voice distracts me when I'm not being eloquent or when I accidentally say the wrong thing.

Praying out loud is powerful especially in unity with other brothers and sisters in my experience. All of a sudden the power of God descends and the Spirit takes over and you start praying in tongues, the Lord ministers your soul and you come out renewed and full of his presence. Thank you so much for this. I started praying out loud without knowing I was actually doing the right thing but somewhere along the way I met people who stood against my prayer life of praying out loud. Somehow I got confused cos somewhere it's written that when you pray do not pray like they do, rather go and shut yourself in your room and pray to your heavenly father who sees in secret. I began telling myself to be praying in a low tone but to my surprise, whenever I start praying, I pray out loud without me having control over it. I think I now know the reason, I've always looked for evidence to prove that praying out loud is necessary. Thank you man of God

I do both. I often Whistler my prayers verbally while at home with my wife. She has a different view on praying out loud and also while in my secret place my prayers are between God and I. However when I’m alone I am much more vocal and louder at times. Praying in thought is nice too, but I do need to practice listening more to allow the Father to respond to me.

i pray out loud sometimes and depends where i am, once our Prayer is to God and not to man i will pray very loud. i love to pray for people and sometimes i pray a for the enemy to hear because i know that the words that i pray will come to pass to shame that devil. Could you imagine being in a relationship where you have to interpret body language and read minds in order to connect with a person, where no conversation takes place verbally and any connection that is made is expected to be made through mind and body language reading ...when that person is ABLE to speak but chooses not to citing "it's not my personality" 👀🤯. I am thankful for this word today. I have struggled with prayer because I always thought there was some type of rule to follow. I would stumble on what I was to pray about, thinking there was only certain things I could ask for, feeling selfish about it. God showed me yesterday that there is a relationship not dictaorship.
