He’s socially accepted whether he smokes or not which is the bad thing. That would make it incredibly hard to quit and you will find yourself getting high even when you don’t want to. The best thing about thc is it can be used to ween off of other harder substances like opioids or alcohol. The withdrawal symptoms of thc compared to anything else is almost night and day. You can be off withdrawals in 2-7 days depending on consumption and you won’t sleep for that amount of time. Melatonin won’t help this either. It’s just too easy to get high with thc. Literally one puff and boom your high within minutes while alcohol is like a slow dance that turns to a fucked up fallover dance that you want to keep going while it’s in your blood then everybody has the hangover and says I’m never drinking again. I dealt with a few life tragedies (4 of my friends died, my best friend got cancer, my grandpa died, and a bad breakup) all within 2 years of each other. Smoking was giving me more anxiety and making me more depressed about everything. Feels so good to be done with it now.

Weed won't cause you ever to wake up shaking uncontrollably, defacating on yourself, projectile vommiting, sweating so bad that your bed has a imprint where you lay, and then you start shivering uncontrollably and can't warm up, THEN after you realize you can't bare going through this day after day you go sell all your belongings or steal from anyone you know to even get $5 to make the horrible withdrawals go away. I am now 2 Years clean from Fent. Have a medical Marijuana card and can't be more grateful. Never EVER not even once have I had any form of "destruction" from Marijuana use. So many cancer patients would just delete themselves without the plant. I have talked to So many people that have gotten off pain meds (this person was on them for extreme stomach pain due to a GI disorder and got a medical Marijuana card instead. I hate people giving it a bad wrap.
