I would sign up for that one on one training with you in an instant. I'm 27 and just switched into the industry from cooking. I've always busted my ass in kitchens and I've been busting my ass so far, but just still lack a bit of confidence. In a month and a half, I've gotten licensed in health and life, gotten RTS with about 7 different carriers, and written about 15 insurance apps. I quit my job for this and I'm very dedicated now. Everyone else at my agency has been impressed with how quickly I'm moving, but I feel that I could benefit from someone like you helping me springboard myself in terms of confidence. I never leave the office without having 8 appointments, I make myself so 50 dials in a row with no interruptions before I can switch tasks, and I just wish I had a better way of getting my words out and handling objections
