Hi James I like the video. Nowhere near being able to buy in Kelowna, would love to one day. I have noticed the amount of construction is INSANE! What are your thoughts on where this market is going?

Thanks Liam, appreciate you watching! Absolutely, there are a lot of new condo towers going up here. 5 years from now, Kelowna will look very different! I think once rates start to slowly come down, we'll see more action in the market, but I don't think it'll be a big boom of buyers like we saw in 2021/22.

you should do your own research many underlying issues...the ''rate'' thing is a ''myth'' like a moth to a flame
