The bliss is more continuous through constant release. The outcomes are not changing, the personality is not really changing, but can be perceived to be different to the "doer" or "others" because the internal release can often result in outward release or shows as changed behavior. Example: because you released, perhaps you do not argue or fight the same battles. How it transpires outwardly varies. Release or acceptance is the bliss. Blessings to you for sharing this wisdom. After I got into spirituality and started listening to j Krishnamurthy and started reading a lot of books, I feeel unreal, I don’t see outside world as I used to see before, outside world feels like a dream and this sometimes gives me a lot of anxiety. Although things don’t affect me much as they used to before I started my journey and I would like to assume that I can handle difficult situations and things more calmly then before.

Thanks, answer is yes, have listened most of his conversation, specially with Professor David Bohm , prof James Anderson, few neuro scientists, David Bohm 's wife said, DR Bohm used to listen again and again, to get the deep meaning, during last speech , Jk talking about ,'' world of creation'', explained the deep meaning, and said that is his last speech with tears, he is '' full of infinite compassion'' , to me he is a sage -- Rhisi figure, has realized the infinity, timeless sacred , eternal power, thanks for your reply and am delighted talk about '' truth/reality etc, god bless you , lots of eminent neuro scientists , agreed about his deeper explanation about brain, power of 'quiet brain'' empty spacious brain can touch infinity and that is intelligence-compassion an also the person who observe with art is supreme intelligent

What about the other way around... After a somewhat carefree happy life one suddenly or gradually becomes very unhappy. The extreme sadness, pain and emptiness prompts one to seek out some form of spirituality... The sadness continues... All the while one continues seeking.... At least this is me... Agreed but I would put it mildly different. When the doer and the action are one, it is imposible to do something bad. When there is duality we are prone to do something bad, because our ego is craving for something.

Its not that spiritual seekers are unhappy, its unhappy people who seek the spiritual. There is no spritual truths to be found, the seeker has depression, was janded out a bad hand, and is miserable.

But it's the ego who holds on to suffering. What ego perceives as problems. The unhappiness is a sensation in the body.

​@@remedy4allNo, no. Cultivate a compassionate relationship with it. When it's disturbed let it be disturbed. But you're not disturbed. Remind it, as you would a child, that it's okay, all is fine. You are there and it needs not try to solve any "problems". You'll handle it. Handle the egos disturbances as you would an upset child. ( I'm no expert but this has where the teachings have led me. ❤)
