100k subscribers without a video challenge for me it’s £9250 a year but it’s through a student loan from the British government, that also pays for my studies in the U.K. I think the year in China might be like £6000 but I will have to check.,

For people who don't understand the video: they are international students which mean they need to pay more than locals, the one girl in the video paid 80000RMB to the university per year, but another girl who have different major just paid 18000RMB(2500USD) per year, the business course(like MBA) in China is much higher than other majors, same as other countries, most of the local students just need to pay less than 15000RMB(2000USD) per year for most majors except business, finance, arts. Here in Sydney, Australia, I paid 200000RMB per year(10 times than in China) for my postgraduate study!

There are a lot of Chinese migrated to South East Asia in particular Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines. Vietnam on the other hand has strong influence from China back in the days of Annam kingdom.

@JaYoe Like you, I don't have a university degree. . it wasn't required in my field of work. . . if I wanted to come back and live in China today. . . I guess I could not legally work unless I have my own business or am self employed as a digital nomad of some sort? I'm just trying to figure out how to make it happen, I lived and worked in China before. . but the rules are more strict now and I would rather not work illegally.

well you dont know indonesian chinesse...that much. let me tell you, chinesse in china speak mandarin, chinesse in hongkong speak cantonese, and in medan, north sumatra, indonesia we speak hokkian. outside of north sumatra most chinesse speak indonesian, and few of them can speak mandarin, because they learn @ private school or take special mandarin lesson. so where do you live in indonesia???
