Everyone can't get it but the best overseas card for me is the Navy Federal Flagship. 3% on travel related spend and 2% on everything else. No foreign transaction fees and if you need to get a cash advance at an ATM, there is only a $1 fee

@PingPingTravel the best thing about the Flagship card is that it actually pays for Prime every year. It just credited me for my 3rd year straight
