I am shattered by the horrific death of my 11yr old senior rescue Pomeranian. She had dysplasia in both hips. I am 71 and have a degenerative Neuro skeletal disease and use cuff crutches. We were walking around our neighborhood when a loose, aggressive large dog attacked GiGi. He grabbed her by the neck ripped her apart and bit my hands 12 times as I tried so hard to protect her. I have your enjoyed your short posts and wanted to watch this. Was absolutely stunned. I can’t believe God would have an innocent 11 lb ball of fluff who brought so much joy to me and our neighbors torn apart so I would be humbled to make me more faithful. Heartbroken.

Great video. One correction at 36:51: Salaam is not the root word of Islam. Islam means "to surrender", not peace. Qur'an 49:14 - "The Bedouins say, 'We believe.' Say: *'You do not believe; rather say, "We surrender";* for belief has not yet entered your hearts..." The Arabic word used in this verse for "surrender" is أَسْلَمْنَا ("aslamna").

It it possible that a better explanation of why God includes all these details about numbers of sheep, goats, servants, etc, is that God loves gnostic mysticism and is inviting us to play around with stuff like numerology?

Faith is shameless. Believers begin their crimes like Moses, becoming history's worst navigator, as if travel were best done with one foot in fantasyland. Believers fail to comprehend the saying of Jesus Christ which has lasted to this day. Believers are found among a gathering crowd, when Jesus Christ is alarmed by a wicked generation, those who seek the signs of resurrection. "The only sign given is Jonah" - who was a believer. He was outnumbered & murdered by other believers. Jesus Christ "hangeth on a tree" to celebrate the War of the Jews.
