I wish everyone was more honest. This new iphone is the iphone x with an extra camera. How can apple fans get excited about this? I just sold my iphone xs max because I already knew the new iPhone would he the same damn phone. I now have the galaxy note 10 plus 5G which yes, before you say anything. I do have 5g I live in providence. Mkbhd actually went to my neighborhood to review the 5g note. It's not the main reason I bought the note though. It's the display and the performance and the cameras!!! Hands down the note 10 + is the best phone out right now

I was a heavy android fan that started with HTC. I switched to a Samsung Note because of screen size and was happy with the Note 1 for 4 years until I forgot it on the top of my car while pumping gas. I picked up a Note 3 without even looking at other phones because of my experience with my original Note. I was due for an upgrade a few years back, so I started looking around at different phones, this is something I haven’t done in a while and I took a chance. I gave up my big screen android chunker for an iPhone SE. believe or not I fell in love, I wanted more and ended up buying a MacBook. Then they announced the iPhone X and I pre ordered without hesitation. Friday I pre ordered the iPhone 11 pro and I’ll continue with Apple and when I’m asked why by friends (who are deeply into android) I simply reply with SOFTWARE before hardware. I’ve never had a phone that ran so smoothly for as long as they do without slowing down over time. I’m not bashing any other phone either. I just feel better with an iPhone rather than a Samsung or any android. Price wise I find no huge difference. The iPhone 11 pro is cheaper than the Note 10+ where I’m from.

I am upgrading from Iphone 5s but having a notchless phone would have been nice. I really like the design cause its a huge jump for me. I would have liked to see a higher refresh rate but I am happy with the 60hz because again iphone 5s I have no idea on the benefits of usb c so for me I like the lightning cable :) not having used face id I am sure it is gonna be fine for me :) I do like touch id or the fingerprint scanner. I am excited for the quick charging :D haven't experienced that so its gonna be great for me! :D I have no idea how important bilateral charging is but I don't see myself needing that? The battery is gonna be a huge leap for me so I am excited there :D so in short all those negatives don't really seem that bad to me but I can see why they could for others

Most flagships do not have facial recognition, only some Huawei phones, and now the google pixel 4 will have it. The notes had fake facial scanning and it just took a picture instead of using IR. The 18w charger is good enough for most people 50% in 30 minutes is great, most people charge over night anyways and fast charging heats up your phone more which isn’t good for your battery. Apple Arcade isn’t exclusive to iPhone, you can use it on iPads, macs, iPods, and the Apple TV that’s a lot of devices and the iPod and Apple TV aren’t that expensive, so it isn’t a reason why the iPhone sucks. Yes the new iPhones are expensive but they didn’t increase the price this year in fact the 11 got cheaper, plus you get a great experience with iMessage, FaceTime, airdrop, the UI of iOS and how smooth it is, lots of great apps that run amazingly and are cross compatible with the iPad, iPod and Apple Watch and soon to be macs, iOS is something you just can’t get anywhere else and that’s why the iPhone is great.

I’m kinda mad at Apple they give night mode to the pro only for taking photos at night an it’s a software addition! They should give this to people who own the XS an XS max also!! So petty!!
