As someone who lifts *heavy* weights and understands how the body works, it is laughable that these women say they got their bodies through "squats" or working out in general. Can Kim squat 250lbs? Can khloe deadlift 300lbs? No. And we all know they would be throwing that in our faces all day every day if they *could.* It is 10000% impossible to get this body type WITHOUT surgery unless you were born with abnormal anatomy that makes you exclusively put fat on in the hip-dip region. Due to our pelvic anatomy, it is impossible to NOT have some sort of hip dips. It is insulting that Kim and Khloe claim to have gotten their bodies through squats when they *can't even perform an unweighted squat correctly in the first place.*

I've got a rather large nose , very thick wirerly curl in my unmanagle hair. No matter what ...it never looks brushed. Gotta keep it rather short . Straigtner splits it quickly. Have bad skin completion also. I've even been made fun of all my life. It hurts. But I say....God don't make ugly people. I'm really the way I'm suppose to look. That's the way it is. I accept me. I'm not a bad thing . People that think I'm ugly or people that act like Kim are bad things. I want to be physically prettier but I can't let others ruin my life , which I just about did when I was much younger. I was more sad with no self esteem as a teenager and young woman. But now....it's about me and my positive mental health....that's real beauty right there. Kim probably does Botox on her bun hole after hair removal on it and bleaching it after her vaginal steam baths . Maby she needed that tho...after 3 sex tapes. That's alot for a KARDASHIAN TO KEEP UP WITH. KUWTK !!!**. No thank you . I'm a American woman not a self made FrankenKim. / Frankenstein. OR Dracula like Madame Kris The Piss Jenner is. OR the Mummy like Khloe wrapping her life up in bad men choices . Or Kylie the Werewolf howling about her cheap llipstick kits to sale . Did I leave the invisible man out ? .That would be Kaitlynn Jenner , now she's sueing Bruce Jenner for molesting her for years . Did you Ever watch the old horror movie The Blob ...that's Rob. Kourtney The Riddler from Batman cause shes so indecisive . OR LORD Scott Dissick from Drunken Castle/ a.k.a. The Joker. Then Blac China ....done cracked all the china in her cabinet / and they say black don't crack huh ? Isn't Chyna's mom on crack ? Sure acts like she is. Pete the Skeet ...OK Skeeter takes penicillin for his Peter after being with Kim. Kanye The Klown spelled with a K. Acts like a Bozo when off his clown medication. Because they are using the wrong remedy. The more money you have the more surgeries you will fancy you need. No amount of procedures can fix mental dysmorphia - their problem is cognitive not physical. What stuns me is that they keep making the mistake over and over, this surgery to fix the last one, one more to make my chin smaller, there's no end .... and somehow it doesn't dawn on them that the medical method doesn't suit the psychological injury. They should have headed for the psychiatrist's office instead.

I don't know, man, some people are beyond reach. I don't follow Kardashians, the only way I know of them are videos like this. None of them are a role model to me. But historically speaking, some people can get away with anything. It's only right to call them out, it's a constant fight of decent people to keep saying "this id not right". At the end of the day, human kind and progress only needs few good, talented, hardworking people to push us forward. The rest is not that important. Kardashians may be changing world now, but in 50 years or so, it won't matter.

That whole Forbes list thing annoyed me to the point of what I once regarded as a well respected publication, I felt became trash. Tax records aside, how can you name a child who was born into not just an affluent family but a modern day aristocratic family a “self made” anything? The only way I would have considered that to have been true is if she had ran away from her family and literally started at the bottom. Which that in itself is unheard of. Usually these family members who disassociate themselves from their families have all sorts of press running after them to strike deals, interviews, books or whatever so that their “story can be told!” 🙄

This reminds me of something I learned from psychology class. Subconsciously, people will believe what they want to believe. So even if we know and recognize that something isn't true, subconsciously we still believe it. And this is even more so for cases like this when the person doesn't directly confirm things as true or false.

I enjoy watching these videos with my daughter , she’s nearly 11 and they are a great Segway to conversations about body image and confidence . I love that she feels confident in her own body and beauty and is able to distinguish between real/ filtered / augmented images that she sees online and on celebrities and never compare herself to a digital image or surgically augmented body. She occasionally watches Lori Hills videos with me and she looks at ppl like Ariana grande and their physical transformations and is shocked at how different they looked in the past . I believe that lifting the lid on the ‘Hollywood veil’ of certain procedures and digital editing techniques can really help young ppl that are struggling with their own insecurities. When I was a tween/ teen in the 90’s I really believed that the girls I saw on magazine covers and cosmopolitan were genuinely ‘that’ perfect . I felt disgusting for having cellulite on the back of my thighs as i went through puberty yet I never saw it on any models or celebrities or read articles where popular singers / actresses/ celebs etc discussed having cellulite/ fat days or any insecurities . In the 90’s we just had Kate Moss’ infamous quote bandied around constantly : ‘Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels’ I had no concept of different body types / shapes back then and just believed if I only ate an apple or better still - nothing , I could be shaped like Kate Moss too! ( little did I know at the time that a steady diet of cocaine , champagne and vodka was what probably kept her so thin ! 🙄) oh what I would give to go back in time and talk to my 12 year old self 🙈😆

Yes it was a much better time. The idea was to look your best, not look like everyone else and certainly not look like a plastic sex doll. The normalisation of surgery and all of this heavy makeup is surreal and depressing. The fact that women are now worried about 'hip dips' and other natural body features is awful. We need to bring back the celebration of natural beauty where all skin types, colours, body shapes and heights are appreciated.

There is a huge misconception about cruelty free topic. Be careful about cruelty free certifications, recognise if they are fake or recognized! Also be careful about peta's cruelty free pink bunny - that does not mean anything! To germans- balea and dm test cosmetic ingredients "somewhere in the world" as they stated. Ethical elephant site can explain why you have to be very careful about cruelty free certifications and why the pink bunny doesnt mean anything, Only the leaping bunny is good. You need to ask the questions to the companies by yourself by email as the certifications can be just simply fake and those recognized can be false also.

Like I was 13 years old wishing I had clear skin and big lips and eyelash extensions and big boobs and a big butt because at the time that’s all i saw on social media. I want to go back to those times and give my younger self a hug and just tell her that’s it’s okay to look like a 13 year old. Even now sometimes i’ll catch myself comparing myself to someone much older then me and I need to remind myself that it’s okay to look like i’m 17. Deleting all social media except for youtube has helped me so much and i’ve been able to overcome most of my insecurities now that i’m not seeing heavily photoshopped videos and pictures every day :)

The more grotesque celebrities get the more I'm reminded of the characters from the Capitol in the hunger games. I've noticed some really bizarre looking, horribly dressed celebrities getting attention and couldn't understand it. But then I realised they've built a brand on being obnoxious and classless and the bad press has made them famous and got them a career. So the best thing we can all do is ignore these types of people once and for all as they are nothing without the attention people give them.

I just recently watched a documentary about toxic beauty standards from the past to now. There is no such thing as women empowerment if we keep buying into beauty standards, beauty trends, lip fillers, social media filters, body shape wear (skims), revenge body, hot girl summer routines ,,,there was a lot. The kardashians have shaped how women today see themselves and the world and it is extremely toxic without a viewer even noticing it because we have normalized it’s popularity. As a society, I am shocked that with all this talk about mental health, kardashians are the richest family in the world and we are the culprit. Social influencers, those promoting anything from beauty, fitness and “healthy food” diets are getting paid more than doctors and living a life that most dream of having. Tiktok once got backfired for excluding “un pretty” features, the algorithm on tiktok is in itself toxic and has caused many young ppl to obtain negative self image and disorders which led some hospitalized or death. Wtf are we still using these apps, following these ppl, supporting this bs??? There needs to be more action against this and less talk.

Great video Cassandra. Just stop buying their products, this is what makes them richer. The public has made them what they are today by buying into their hype.

👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 CLAPS FOR YOU FOR CALLING BRAIDS A PROTECTIVE HAIRSTYLE👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 that’s is greatly appreciated. A lot of people think that’s braids are just a fashion statement. For black folks and it’s for the growth and protection of our hair

It's also for fashion. Some people just like cornrows, braids, etc. Protective styles is a term that still confuses people. I see people calling dreads a protective style.

Braiding helps protect all types of hair! My hair's to my waist, but I wear it in 1-3 braids most days, and always in braids at night while sleeping. Keeps hair from tangles, matting, and split ends.

@@laurieparis2203 Same! Keeping mine braided at night keeps my hair smooth. Also easier to get out of the way.

@@cynthiakeller5954 Yes! I also like to put a tiny bit of water on my hair... either by spray or by comb... before putting it into braids, if I'm going to wear it loose the next day. It gives the hair the most beautiful mermaid waves and texture. 🌸

@@laurieparis2203 I do the same! I don't brush it out either bc it gets too fluffy. I also like to wear floral headbands in my hair. When I was a teen I would pin my braids around my head. When I was in the military, I would pull my hair up in ponytail, make two braids and wind them into a neat bun that say on top of my head. Safely out of the way, never cut it off. My little granddaughter wears pigtails on either side of her head. It's her trademark for now. My mother wore her hair the same when she was that age.

I've always been confused by folks who blamed peer pressure for their actions. Even as a child. But I know it exists because I have had friends who tried to use it on me. Oh you'll do what we're doing otherwise you can't play with us or whatever. I have lost a lot of 'friends' this way but then I realised that they weren't my friends and good riddance. And sadly I thought folks grew out of this but nope, I still come across adults who do this even at work. I just remind them that well I can take it to HR and let's see what they say. It's so sad how many people harm themselves to get something they can't.

I don't understand how you can deny something that is patently obvious, we know how they got where they are, they sold their souls and their mother pimped them out to some of the richest men in the world who are so rich they remain behind the curtain and nobody knows their names.

Cassandra I admire your attitude towards beauty and authenticity and speaking the truth! I hope a lot of people see this video. What this family basically does is fuel people’s insecurities and then profit off off it. This is truly cruel and disturbing. But the root of the cause is their momager who is an insecure person herself and raised her children the same way and now they’re reflecting it on society. Just sad.
