Totally agree with you. Mine has aged well-over 20+ yrs. and it just plays perfectly.

Hey man awesome video! Would you recommend an OMJM? Ive also heard the regular OM28’s are very similar but have a different string spacing and I’m not sure which one to pick up! Thanks

I definitely would recommend it. I love OMJMs and was playing mine today. You’ll love it! OM28s are great as well, but I prefer the Omjm neck.

Have you played OM42, since then? If you had chance to go for Martin OM42 instead of OM28JM will you for it?

I prefer the sound profile of the om28. But a close second is the om42.

@@cwillis Is it because it is close to 20 years old? I have option to go for new ones..a custom made based on the OM28JM or a new OM42. Both guitar will be new...I don’t have the option to play them before they are made. I am doing a lot of artificial harmonics and alternate tuning, and fingerplucking check alan goggol for reference...and occasionally JM and the rest. Just like you said I am also looking for a guitar that can do it all. Your guidance would be a immense help..please guide. 🙏

@@siyaram2855 I would go for an OM42 in your case. Out of the box it is a great sounding guitar.
