Six months into AEW I called this giving wrestlers creative control or 100 percent freedom sounds all well and good on paper but the left hand won't end up knowing what the right hand is doing plus from watching the show Tony books like how I booked my action figure fed back in the day or how I would book in gm mode on smackdown vs raw when you got a new toy they got a push then after a bit they were the same as everyone else until the other new toy came in and so on and so forth and yeah at first AEW was the cool anti WWE company BUT ask ECW that can only go so far until the novelty wears off

Firstly. I will guarantee that way back when, everything wasn't all peaches and cream in AEW when they accused the competition of firing talent and running a sloppy shop. THERE'S NO CHANCE IN HELL everything is all Rosey now. Paper the cracks all they want...the facia looks great...the foundations are sinking unless REAL CHANGES are made

This is totally true of both companies. I think WWE has new life with the changes of Stephanie, H, and Nick running the show, but man... they have a lot to fix after so many years of Vince to undo.

Obviously everything was never perfect. That literally doesn’t exist at any workplace. There will always be some issue or annoyance in a workplace - that’s just the way a workplace is by default. So anybody who ever bought that mirage of how it was the perfect place to be and everything was amazing and so on was silly to ignore how the world works. Conflict to some degree is just human nature when people who think and feel differently about things interact with each other. The key is if your people are able to survive with that and work alongside people that they may dislike and be a professional. The problem with AEW is that they haven’t done that and their leader who should be holding them to that has yet to put his foot down and be the boss. And that aspect will be their greatest detriment sadly

They’ll last for as long as Tony wants them to last. As long as he wants to have the company around and is happy to invest the money into the company even if it isn’t generating a profit it’ll be around. As Nick Khan said during an interview when he was asked about AEW any company can stick around for the length of time somebody is willing to continue funding it at a loss. It’s Tony’s passion project as a guy who is in line to inherit an immense fortune and doesn’t need to focus on earning money for himself whatsoever because the money coming his way eliminates that. So when you see an AEW their actions make more sense keeping in mind that it’s never been solely a profit focus as much as a passion project that would be nice to break even or profit on at some point in time. So realistically they will be around, profitable or not, for the length of time Tony continues enjoying running it. There could be risk that if he burns through cash that his father isn’t going to continue dumping endless cash into it but if he can get to break even or keep losses reasonable it won’t go anywhere. Tony doesn’t depend on the company to support his life and he has the passion for it that he actually will invest money to continue operating it versus what we saw from other owners like Panda or Sinclair who had the resources to make TNA and ROH much more than they were but were never willing to commit the resources to maximize the potential while Tony has the passion and will do that.
