The problem is that Cody's whole WWE comeback was built on him "finishing the story". If he wins, then what happens? Babyface title reign for like 3-4 months and? There's no point. They either need to change his gimmick/in ring character, or there's literally no future for him if he wins. And how many months before people will actually get bored with the classic babyface title reign? These are all reasons why I'd let Reigns win again, and set the match between Cody and Rocky, which honestly is the main feud. When it comes with Reigns' title, the problem is there are no big stars in today's WWE to really put over like that, and Reigns is in his own league at the moment (except Rock of course).

It will all depend on how long Rock is staying. If we get the Final Boss at least once a month, then they should continue to build him as the biggest heel. And for that to work, Cody needs to lose

Best possible ending for 2024 is if both Drew & Roman win. It gives the 2 biggest Babyfaces (Punk & Cody) 2 titles to chase after. It also solifies The Rock's power as The Final Boss. It would generate enormous heat. And there's a built in excuse for why Seth & Cody should lose because they are wrestling twice in 2 days. Wear & Tear should play a role in the story.

7:00 Nobody, marks and non- marks, wants Roman Reigns to be the champion anymore. It’s now to the point that Cody Rhodes, The Rock, Seth Rollins, and Drew McIntyre are all ignoring, not only Roman Reigns, but everybody is completing ignoring the company’s oldest & most prestigious title. In promos. Drew McIntyre has mentioned Seth’s title a lot more than Cody has mentioned Roman’s title, and The Rock has mentioned how he will make Seth’s title “go away” much more than he has mentioned Roman’s title. The Rock & others don’t even identify Roman’s title by its proper name. The Rock just calls it the Universal title. LA Knight called it the WWE title. Michael Cole is the only one who identifies it as “Undisputed” even though Roman’s title has been disputed since May 27, 2023.
