Loved your comment about being under the radar and about it making your watch look like a toy. Now I can ignore all the snobby comments about trading Tudor for Seiko.

At 49mm lug to lug, I think it is only “wearable” to a minimum of 7.5 inch wrist, which is above average size wrist. Not very wearable.

I used to think the date between the 4 and 5 was weird, but it was really great. I prefer the date by far from no date watches. The date really does help me. For the date between the 4 and 5, I didnt notice the date until I look for it and keep most of its symmetry especially when it is lume. It is the best of both worlds of date and no date watches.

I purchased the SLA055 several months ago and like the watch, I like the silicone strap but find the metal keeper annoying since it moves around and sometimes pinches my skin or comes off the top piece. What straps do you recommend that don’t have a metal keeper? I would appreciate any recommendations, thanks for your video 👍

Hey Chris. Solid review as always. Wearing my Helson Sharkdiver on a color matched NATO today for some Microbrand fun. Anyway, that's a nice watch and I get the GS DNA but seems like high 3's should be the limit on that one. 4.6k? I'd rather pony up 25% more and get into a higher end LX line or GS.

Beautiful watch but the accuracy is pathetic for a $4k watch! I would spend a little more and get a Grand Seiko instead with high accuracy movement! Buying this piece is liking having a supermodel wife with no heart! The movement of any watch is the heart and without a warm heart there is no beauty 🥰 I am wearing my Seiko SNR051 🥰. I wish they had paid me!! This piece actually is pretty reasonably priced compared to the competition if you just swap the brand name. You should check it out in person and make sure you watch the whole video to see all of the details.
