Guys, soft tyres are never a good option for street circuits. Street circuits are only good when on hards or meds. Cause the deg in street circuits are much higher. Even if Lewis took p1 at start, he would not be able to hold it anyway given that the softs are used, and the pitlane time loss was 30 secs.

It's a good thing we saw the post race interview of SLH first before we saw this one. In that interview he explained what was discussed the night before the race with the Merc Team, and that he was against the soft tire strategy. So, everything that we will hear from now on in the F1 Akkodis Race Debrief regarding the race, particularly regarding SLH is to be taken with a huge amount of salt [and pepper]. These debriefs are now just Internet fillers.

Also notice what James said about the switch settings for gr63s power unit and that only gr63 got those perfect settings slh44 didn't get those perfect switch settings for his power unit. James gave a big up to hpp for what they did for gr63

Imagine, Mercedes initially said they agreed on the strategy or it was reported, I am happy Lewis spoke out. But seriously, they don't even have to have a preference, just treat them right, the strategy makes no sense. They also gave gr63 better power unit switch settings james in this debrief gave hpp a big up for providing the perfect power unit switch settings to gr63. Hearing this the race in baku 2021 came to mind where slh44 lost the race because he turned the wrong switch as if slh44 doesn't know the switches on steering wheel by heart.

When I saw James, I thought there would be some frankness but then I realized there really isnt any way to legitimately explain putting your leading driver on USED soft tires to start the race and pitting him early. We all know this was intentional to promote George ahead of Lewis. The sabotage is apparent. I just wonder what this team’s strategy is post-Lewis to rebuild a fan base that will be decimated, not just because Lewis left, but of the way in which the team has consistently tried to compromise his races in order to compromise his legacy and his reputation as he moves to Ferrari. It won’t be the Lewis haters, they don’t care about you all once Lewis is gone.

Depends. If you can jump and then hold everybody up with a lot of tyre saving in clear air it can bring quite an advantage. Lewis just suffered from not being fortunate enough at the start to take the race lead.

To address this properly, we knew that the akkodis debrief would be horsesh’t because we ALL heard Lewis response (even George) about how the Mercedes race engineers and Toto did not listen to Lewis about his medium tire choice. They maliciously put him on softs out of spite for Lewis fighting them hard to go on mediums. So I knew they would bring James Allison on who is not part of race strategy to de-escalate Toto’s blatant sabotage of Lewis in Singapore. James immediately admitted that the team F’d as he has the most credibility in the back office. I’m sure he is not partial and is frustrated about this sabotage as well. That’s why the communications team used him for the debrief. But this still does not repair or pull a blindfold over the fact that this team had ZERO respect for Lewis since 2021. They have continuously undermined Lewis and paid no attention the the greatest formula 1 driver of all time. The team under Toto Wolff has purposely ruined Lewis race, denied his ambassador role and gave it to arch rival spooncrashstappen when he isn’t even a Mercedes driver! He is the most winning driver. First Mercedes factory driver to win F1. Brought 8 championships to them. Worked harder than anyone EVER on that team but refuse to respect him or listen to him, so he can win for them! It all boils down to jealousy and racism. Rosberg Coulthard Moss and many more are Mercedes ambassadors who haven’t done a fraction of what lewis has done for the team. But Lewis is not? Well it’s obvious, he is black and Mercedes don’t want their fake ass image to have some dark skin black man representing them when it was he who put them on the map. Still, sadly and repeatedly, the team is suffering from the delusion of what numbers says and what happened in the past and then ignore the present and the facts. I believe, it's more important to develop a strategy that mainly focus on what is the reality and secondly provides options for alternative scenarios based upon statistics or simulations and what happened in the past. The way it's being done it's simply like playing the dies, just a game against odds, no more. There is no intelligence in this.

Because we're not idiots, did you see where NO ONE in the top 15 started on softs? Or where Lewis literally said he told them starting on the softs was a terrible idea? There is no doubt in anyone's mind they're intentionally screwing Lewis over, just look at James laughing when he tried to explain it, he knows they're doing it on purpose. Just garbage "technically" explained, but always fuc---king Hamilton. Soft and used tyres and Lewis had to fight for 45 laps with hards, beyond the limits. I wish this season ends and finally see Hamilton in Ferari to end this nightmare.

Guys, soft tyres are never a good option for street circuits. Street circuits are only good when on hards or meds. Cause the deg in street circuits are much higher. Even if Lewis took p1 at start, he would not be able to hold it anyway given that the softs are used, and the pitlane time loss was 30 secs.
