I bought 9 acres (of mostly steep bushland) here in the South of Australia last year- it's been 4 months full time off grid so far, still working on a shower and running water. I wouldn't want too much land, as land rates/taxes are going to ramp up hard and if you're sitting on 100+ acres you could be paying tens of thousands for your rates each year. I got out of my mortgage with good timing as there have been pretty hardcore interest rate rises here, 11 of them in total. My sister's mortgage repayments are over $1000 AUD PER WEEK. It's bloody hard going transforming a vacant block of land in the middle of nowhere to a livable space by yourself and unfortunately there's very little community where I live. My boss on the organic farm I work at is a good bloke but he's not aware of the bigger picture with what's going on in the world. I have one permanent neighbor in the bush near me, across a gully, in hundreds of acres of bushland - quad jabbed and I'd say he weighs over 120kg, so tbh I don't think I'll have any neighbors soon. The only awake beings around here seems to be the wildlife and they're not the best conversationalists! In any case, it's a cool journey and I have my lovable Border Collie with me.

@@clarke6436 It can be good to have some people around in places like this, if you should need help. In Spring there are savage winds and high rainfall so there are trees falling down all over the place. I don't leave my property without a chainsaw, EVER. In summer there's bushfires and deadly snakes to be aware of. Thankfully I'm allowed to take my dog to work with me if need be. Tiger snakes are quite common out here.

I’m glad you are helping out the minority of Klaus’ story. Remember, it describes how the main character, a young (completely ignorant) man states how great everything is in the (15 minute) city. He can rent anything he needs (including his underwear) at any time and it’s delivered to him. He knows that every step he makes is monitored and he hopes it won’t ever be used again him (a basic fallacy of course). His main concern (which is really uplifting, because apparently he has not been completely assimilated yet) are the people “left behind” in the country side. He pities them and wonders how they will fend for themselves without “society”.

I wouldn't make decisions out of fear. That's one of the tactics that got us into this mess in the first place. Not everyone has the money to go off grid like Curtis has. And that's ok, we can all prepare as best as we can and that's enough. Humanities best days are ahead of us, trust me on this. There will be tough times ahead and it wont be easy for the normies/sleepers to fully grasp the evil and corruption that exists on this planet. It'll be up to us to help them when they're ready. The world and the people in it are good despite what the lying/propagandist media tell you. I'm sure you all know this to be true. When this time comes we need to come together and help each other. I've seen first hand the love and generosity of real Canadians during the trucker convoy. It was beautiful to see and be a part of that. Trust me when I tell you were not headed into a Mad Max type of scenario where we all need g,u.n,s to protect ourselves/family and our food. We may have some discomfort/chaos for a week or 2 as the inevitable collapse of the dollar which will be replaced by a gold back quantum digital system. We'll also have disturbing truth's revealed (crimes against humanity) and real justice for all those involved. Don't give into the fear. Do what you can do for yourself, family, friends and neighbors and the rest God, Source, The Universe, The Creator will provide the rest. Were all fractals of this creator experiencing lifetime after lifetime's in an infinite number of ways in a mortal form. This is all done through our higher self which is immortal, our soul being. Don't give away your power through fear, were more powerful then that and these people know this which is why they're literally fighting for there lives now even though they know its over. The house of cards is starting to unravel. "Nothing can stop what's coming, NOTHING".

@@Joy-ym3mx Thank you Joy. Things may seem bleak on the surface. Which is mostly the MSM projecting there lies and propaganda to demoralize the awakened collective. But many of us are on to their tactics. Look at all these global freedom movements that have changed and shifted humanity path for the greater good of all. I was at the trucker Convoy in Ottawa last February and the genuine love energy was palpable. I never felt more proud to be Canadian. Hugging conversing with total strangers, an overwhelming abundance of free food from everyone along with money for the truckers and heart felt letters from kids. The homeless were given food and shelter, monuments were cleaned up and honored with flowers, cleaning the streets (snow and garbage). It was truly beautiful and I am profoundly grateful to have been there and to share it with those who weren't able to go. That movement gave us our freedoms backed and it awakened the masses. And we haven't lead up on this fight by any means. We will not comply and we will make our voices herd. These movements have been happening all over the world. Brazil, The Dutch farmers, France, Italy, etc etc. You can feel this build up to this impending collapse of the global C.a,b.a,l syndicate/s. When this happens there will be a massive dark night of the soul. All the things these people have done to humanity and all those involved. Many of whom are probably people that we've all idolized at one point or still do (the awakened). They'll need our help when and if they're ready? ❤❤ Many of these people may have treated you poorly because of your views and decisions regarding an experimental medical procedure. I've been noticing that many properties have been sitting on the market and people either switch realty companies or the realtors will remove the listing and then put it back on the market after a few days, weeks, or even months. It is important to know this when putting in an offer because many properties are double or even triple the tax collector's assessed market value and knowing how long a property has been on the market can help lower the sale price.

@@bigshu5520 GIS is easier because it gives quick results of who owns the land and how to contact them, value, taxes, size, etc. Most county tax / revenue collector's offices have GIS online. No need to call, which saves time. Zoning and other concerns is not as easy to research, but some counties are slowly putting that online as well.

I’ve got MS (25+ years). My husband and I have 6 children too. It seems that vit D3 really helps. Vit. K2 also it motivates the calcium to go to your bones and teeth (away from your tissues and veins). Now I eat a can of salmon each day. I also take 40,000 iUs each day. I also take 600 mcg K2 each day. A decade+ ago my MS was relentlessly mean. I was commonly walking into walls. My sense of balance was gone. It progressed to put me in a wheelchair. It took about 13 months of daily salmon to get my health and balance back. The problem as I forgot to eat my daily salmon (it wasn’t my favorite thing to eat and take my D3). When you become reasonably well you sometimes forget... MS is ruthless. Now I finally remembered with God’s help, what pulled me out last time. The internet is also a good resource. 🙂🙏 Best wishes and prayers, Laura

@@offgridcurtisstone My property included almost a hectare which is just over 2 acres . Along with arable land, It has various mature trees - apple, pear, quince, fig , cherry, plum, elderberry, mulberry , blackberry, walnut , chestnut, grapes plus various edible/ medicinal plants. Land price depends on the category of land ( 1-8? ) whether it’s rocky, flat , rich soil, has fruit trees, forest, any source of water, etc. Generally, a hectare went for around 2000 euro (mostly rocky) to over 100,000 euro ( flat and fertile) . Prices are rising with demand increasing. There are lots of villages with vacant houses and land that hasn’t been worked for years . The only people left are the elderly as the young are working in cities or out of country. Currently, there are like minded people moving into certain villages and they are creating their own communities ( growing organic , holding seminars on composting, growing vegetables, raising farm animals, identifying medicinal herbs/ edible mushrooms, building houses with mud and straw or hemp, etc) . Along the same line as you mentioned in your video. The government is also giving houses with acreage in certain villages to couples under 40, with the expectation of them raising their families there and working the land.

Got the frame up in October and now it has sat all winter. @@offgridcurtisstone Yes of course there are lots of people interested but only the fortunate few that can afford it. I have spent hours searching for grants from food and agriculture, conservation, provincial and federal sites. Even just low interest loans would be nice but no luck. Even Farm credit Canada won’t give me a loan because it is not in active farm status. So all initial set up has to be privately funded. Neighbours that have a well don’t have enough water to bath and wash their clothes and spent over $20k on their wells. I use the old cistern still and have my water delivered. Infrastructure investment for electricity is $30k minimum then plans, labour and material for any building over 400 sq ft an easy $10k. Two weeks ago I had a forestry mulch head on a skid steer come and clear 3/4 or an acre at $315/hr. Now I have to pull all the stumps and dig drainage ditches and set and install fence. If I ever cared to actually pay my debt off then I would be in trouble. This is why they say you will own nothing and be happy because they try to make you miserable in ownership because of the burden of debt. I was a monthly subscriber of from the field, then paid for the lifetime when it came out, hoping to build my own greenhouses only to find out you need 3 people to bend the steel. I don’t have the time to watch any of the videos after being a father, working a full time job, working full time to clear the land, build a farm, look after animals. I’m just saying it is great for the people that can afford it. They are truly blessed. When you were looking for help building your farm I would have loved to come, only it paid less than half what I needed to pay my bills, just the same that I wish I could afford to pay someone to come help me. @@Semples373n I appreciate the suggestions. I have been fortunate enough to already utilize those methods. Books are a resource that is invaluable to me hence my decent collection.

As a recently retired realtor who still watches the market, there are very few pieces of land available in N Texas that are suitable to set up a homestead. My small farm which was rural when I bought it is about to be surrounded by a huge subdivision. I have been looking for 4 years for a place within an hour of the kids and grandkids and cannot find one for what I can sell my place for. I refuse to get a mortgage. (I have been mortgage free since 1999). There are too many people moving here from California and other blue states that have been driving the prices up!

I'm a real estate agent on the Big Island of Hawaii. We bought our homestead 11 years ago and never looked back. Best investment in our safety and future ever. I do see more people waking up to the realization that we can count on ourselves for safety and food.

I'm canadian and I knew a real estate agent on the big island. His name is Dren Barley or Drone Ganski. He used 2 names for some reason...I know this was random but it's been like 12 years since I was there, I'm wondering if you know him or if he's still around.

I would say if the US dollar does not collapse you might be okay, if it does you need to move fast.

Any financial institution who lends money will sell YOUR debt on the World Debt market while the debtor still pays that financial institution for the initial loan. It is completely fraudulent.

To be honest with you. I feel the more useless eater come to the country the harder it will be for people like me who have been working their arse off for the last six years trying to prepare.
