Which means if we allow for inflation 1.2 billions USD in 2033 is worth less than 1 billion USD in 2017, which in turn means the U.S. Embassy in the U.K. is still the most expensive one.

As for Vietnam moving closer to US and Europe,the Vietnamese are not stupid.China is their biggest trading partner and the Chinese economy is projected to be the largest in the world soon.Even major European countries refuse to decouple from China.The world can see the US is declining and is grasping at the straws .
