They are here on a retirement visa and talking about their KZbin Channels...They need a work permit and you can't get a work permit on a retirement O or OA Visa.

That USA passport percentage is a myth. It's over 50% that have passports. Chiang Mai is a wonderful minus burning season. I use burning season as a reason to travel away and explore.
