This is by far one of the best no contact videos I’ve seen. No contact isn’t about them, it’s sooo much about you. (The individual person).. Everything you said in this video is so true. Astonishing video as always, at first i wasn't really into watching such relationship experts video, but it turned out to be a blessing in so many ways, 10 years ago i was with a narcissist and i broke things up 4 years ago, found someone who truly cared for me and i messed things up because i was trauma bonded. then i started watching a lot of you tube videos and some Christian videos about relationships and marriages, i learnt a lot, and something actually happened as well, i was able to get my ex back with the help of watching Matthew Hussey and Courtney Ryan videos and reaching out to a spiritual counselor.

One day I was so tired of listening to his b.s. & without warning I just blocked him. I didn't know I would be doing this. I had, had, enough. I didn't care and I felt free. After several months I undeleted him & he contacted me. I was completely surprised & shocked at what happened. He apologized for the way he treated me & told me I was his only & true friend. And, his only real love. Of course I loved it, him chasing me felt so good. After several months, i started not to care about him as someone I wanted to be with forever! It was a very strange thing that happened to me but I outgrew him. Knowing that he loved me, healed my heart. And thats all I really needed! I didn't need him, what I did need was to know that I was a person of value - I was loved! ❤

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. @@jacksimons-o8q I've walked in those sane shoes Jack. The truth is it is heartbreaking and it's supposed to hurt. You have to go through it every last muddy part to achieve real healing. Give yourself permission to let go and pull your energy back by detaching and cutting that cord. Forget about the notion of gaining her back. There are some real changes that you need to begin in your life. Focus in you, start shadow work, improve your fitness and mental health, get a counselor or life coach, start doing things you enjoy, lean on your full network of support, go through that grief process headfirst. You can do it! I'm here to help if you need it. Connect to God and know that you are not broken. You are worthy and you are whole. The sheer arrogance of thinking you can treat your wife like trash and then assuming I'd be waiting in the wings for my turn again?! It's all I can do to not say the obvious. Once I healed, I realized I honestly didn't care anymore. He was willing to leave me for dead - now we can leave it that way 🙂He's coming back because he didn't get his 1st or 2nd choice to work out. Facts. Every no contact video says 99 days/3 months. That’s the the first minimum it takes to heal. After that you’ve moved on, they’ve moved on. Get on with your life.

Obvious: they have to be the one who rejects you. So, if you reject them with no contact, they'll win you back so they can be the one who leaves you. They have to have the last word. Narcissists and sociopaths have to be the one who leaves the relationship.

Hey it'll be ok I went through like 7 breakups with one person for almost 2 years. I loved her so I thought. We both had psychological issues, I just didn't realize how many personalities I was dealing with. I just want to clarify when you said “hoping they contact you back” thats not what all people think when they go no contact. Some people (im actually going to speak for myself because im going through something like this right now) I am not hoping for this person to contact me back. I’m waiting for this person to realize that they screwed up, they didn’t want to make peace and only wanted to play silly games. Since i went no contact with this person(s) i have been the target of attention. This person actually wants to do fun things with me now and let me just point out that while i was “in contact” with this person. they wanted nothing to do with me and i was about the same as well and basically still feeling that way after 2 years because of the BS that this person wanted to pull in-front of the world. I do agree that this is a chance for me to grow and achieve new things so i don’t completely disagree with everything your saying

I do 100% let others do contact. I only do contact when i need something. But when people do contact, i give them a "scene" and a special space in their mind. Every day, i have my full of text list of people. I only text 2 times a day.

Me and my mentor both behaved inappropriately. She opened up to me first. Telling me she was happy to receive all of my messages and she felt we were more than student and mentor, that we were friends as well. Things progressed naturally from there. Our bond grew. And I ended up feeling comfortable enough to open my heart at rock bottom and offer a relationship. She declined and told me she was willing to continue to mentor me after forgiving me. That online school put no contact between both of us silently. Buried me alive with smear campaigns when they were aware both of us behaved inappropriately. Slandering me mocking me humiliating me and embarrassing me. Pushing their agenda. I am simple done. She was the only person in this world who had faith in me. Now she is gone forever. Why?

Because you made her your God. You need to learn to have faith in yourself and draw closer to God in yourself. Nobody else can give you this, if you don't value yourself others will never fill that void. It's harsh but true. The only true love is self love and God's love. The rest will always fade away. Why? Because you can't bind someone else to you, just because you lack confidence, self love, happiness by yourself and self empowerment. Many are trained to be codependent or narcissistic, when you become fully dependent on someone else, you will hurt yourself. Decenter others and learn to be happy and comfortable by yourself, before entering any other relationship. You need to learn to master your emotions in a way ,that nobody else can destroy your innerpeace ever again. With or without them, learn to be okay. Don't make it about another person, don't let anyone make you happy or unhappy. Be solid in yourself.

I want everyone to know that there is a community of people that pry into everyone else’s personal life and use their stories to create content online… this is a growing issue and yes they include neighbors and coworkers and anyone pretty much can be leeching off of you and your families personal drama…. I’m bringing awareness into this problem as they take on the personalities in a mocking way and it’s becoming an issue of harassment and invasion of privacy I and a group of other individuals will be notifying KZbin of this so new regulations occur. It’s awful and horrific the way these people are leeching off the pain of others. I rebuke this evil in the name of the lord Jesus and please say something if you see something.
