This is my experience with the ESTONIANS in Viljandi, ESTONIA. Viljandi is a town and municipality in the southern part of the country. It is the capital of Viljandi County and is geographically located between two major Estonian cities, Pärnu and Tartu. As an African I wouldn't step two foot in Lithuania 😂. In my opinion Estonia is better however they both have issues and perhaps alternatives would be better like The Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Portugal or Norway.
