CU support of Prime is very impressive. There seems to be no limit or rule. I haven't seen a shred of "this is how we do it" at CU. No institutional resistance from some office or another. No cafeteria employee or staffer getting hurt feeling that Prime's program is changing their lives. All the many details that flow from Prime in these videos just happen. The people at CU just smile and make the change. If you compare it to just about every place on the planet it's quite remarkable.

I love how these videos aren’t just about football. They are about dealing with change, taking on new challenges, meeting new people. They are about life. There’s a lot of joy and innocence in them, but also determination. It’s January and the mood is relaxed. As spring and and summer comes it will be wild watching things ratchet up. Intensity.
