One thing I figured it out from season 11 by new jungle item changes, that every champ can jungle actually, you only have to know the limits of the champion you play. I played a lot fizz jungle last year in low gold like enemy junglers always disrepected me and I was ending games with 25+ kills.

I now see why Hail of Blades gets used on Twitch sometimes. While I'm very much a Press The Attack Twitch player, I also know that I can do Lethal Tempo. For jungle and mid, I presume I just need more work with Hail of Blades in general

Hail is usually more for AP twitch, press is usually pretty good all around but if you have a lulu or yuumi pocketing you then lethal is the go to

Me: Care Twitch lvl2 gank with red buff, it's the only thing he can do. If we avoid it he's useless. Team: Dies anyway.

it was good when old runes were a thing. You would deal insane dmg for no reason and one shot the entire enemy team with 3 autoes when ahead now u cant do that
