Yes, most popular dishes are somtum and pad kaprao like he said. it's in every inch of Thailand. Pad thai is well known because it has 'thai' in the name (imo). Btw, he seems such a good guy. I'm looking for the date video. Cheers.

With all due respect, I’m not surprised Joyce didn’t know som tum was the most popular dish in Thailand. She describes any authentic Thai place where average Thai people eat as “sketchy”.
