Vijay Arora lived in Wadala and attended Don Bosco High School in Matunga. I lived in the flat across from Vijay Arora in the opposite building. I had the privelage of meeting Vijay as he was my elder brother's batch mate in school at Don Bosco. Vijay had five sisters all younger than him. His father had a shop in Loha Bazaar near Masjid Bunder in Mumbai. After his return from Poona, Institute, while still looking for work in Bollywood movies, I would very often see Danny Denzongpa visit him in Wadala. Vijay, whilst still unmarried, moved out of that rented flat on the first floor in Jagdish Kunj, Wadala in early seventees..

@@RohitVarma1978 have u seen the initial films of Dharmendra and Amitabh.. both were lanky guys who actually looked starved...there was nothing in their looks to attract audiences and in fact audiences rejected them and their movies were flops....but once they became lucky and their films began to do good business, suddenly they also began to be seen as good looking guys...so success has a lot to do with how people see u ...if u r down and out nobody will regard u as good looking even though u may actually have good looks....
