I think I know why Roblox still hasn't fixed the music thing. Remember how they said soon they'll open up new thing where you can listen to music with ads on roblox? Well, they are probably not letting you play your own music on mobile so that you'll have to watch ads, therefore giving Roblox money. Very money-hungry thing to do

Regarding the roblox and music news, the reason that happens is how iOS handles media playback. On iOS, only one media source can be played at a time through normal means. As an example, if you're playing a youtube video and try to listen to spotify, the video will pause. All they would have to do is change the way audio is played back through the app and it would be fixed.

As a Bloxburg player I do find this update really annoying where you have to pay bills not only for your moods, but also your car being towed away! Even though I don't really do Pizza Delivery that much anymore (I used to do it a lot until the Blox Burger update where I changed to Fast Food Worker) I had to say that this is absolutely terrible as well. Though I'll admit that I like the new house changing system and the new prebuilt houses in this update.

The music bug is most likely because of voice chat, when I have voicechat enabled my phone thinks I'm calling someone, which usually mutes all sounds from other apps

I think after I heard them respond about the public ugc update and what’s going there going to try improve it which means I have theories that they might update the tos for this update and add in moderation but after they got complaints about the update I think Roblox felt sorry for the community and there going to try to fix it

Alright all the points im gonna defend : its not an L for roblox, they listened. They tried to resolve the situation, the roblox scam is third party, obly way to remove it either removing discord linked in groups. Roblox takes a long time to respond because they first of all try to see what the problem is. The music thing, i dont know but heres my point : either the music stops because of the mobile feature because when i try to watch yt and play music it stops.

Idk why but as someone who has every game pass, I don’t faint at all. I still make the same amount of money too. People are comparing bloxburg to rh as if bloxburg doesn’t communicate with its community, devs, and KZbinrs and puts out consistent updates. Bloxburg put out one ‘bad update’ and it’s not the end of the world. They probably just wanted to test out making the game more realistic, especially because it’s gonna be free and new players are coming. People could easily put out that they don’t like the update instead of making literal death threats and cursing at the devs

I actually have a theory on why Roblox isn’t letting us play music. Y’see they’re reworking the boombox to play like, ACTUAL music. And there’s gonna be ADs in the music. So I think they don’t want anyone bypassing this by playing their own music, which is really scummy of Roblox in my opinion. But hey, that’s just a theory…A GAME THEORY!

Tbh I see both sides to it. In the one hand, the efficiency thing is really hard to keep satisfied for long periods and thus grind sessions have to be split up. However, I find the pizza job very boring and I thought universalising the jobs meant people can do whatever they find fun and still get a decent cheque which I think is what the devs went for. Still crazy to see the backlash for what I thought was quite a mid update
