sekiro is my favorite game, so i got the platinum because i wanted to do everything in the game, i beat the game on ng+7 with no kuro's charm, so the hardest for me was actually to get the secret endings of the game even with a guide its convoluted, while getting enough exp is easy when on high level ng+. good video👍

Yeah, I don't think I would've ever gotten the Dragon's Homecoming Ending without a guide.

Yes, grinding is the stupidest thing in modern gaming. I agree 100%. I grinded an hour at Mibu Village on my 1st run due to money and spirit emblem shortage (probable was able to unlock a few skills). Before seeing the 3rd ending I grinded the 3 okami warriors for 42 bars of skill at the hill before the dragon. At that point I still had one more skill left which costed 6 bars. I finally got that skill after defeating the real corrupted monk on my next run (didn't kill any Ashina warriors, sunken valley gunman, Senpou monks, Mibu villagers and the mid bosses related to those who can be skipped). Yes my lighting counter skills got better but this almost drove me insane. The problem is that the enemies as well as bosses hardly give you any skill points. A mid boss should give you 2 bars, main bosses should give you 3.

This was actually the first game I platinumned on PS4, but I too cheated. I did the grind you didn't want to, but I never once fought the Demon of Hatred legit. I made him run off a cliff

That is actually the only way I’ve beaten him. I’ve gotten so close on multiple attempts and really just wanted to get a move on.
