Not gonna happen. This case and settlement, if ever, will be over before the court hearing has even started (unless Herman refuses the offer). "Threatened to sign a non-disclosure agreement?" She's gotta have proof for that or else everything said is just hearsay. She doesn't own Tiger's house in any means like a legal spouse, co-owner or business partner so what makes her think she has a right to stay? You don't have a long time relationship then when its over you say the relationship was under duress of a threat? I think this is just to fleece Tiger for some big time money for what he is worth.
