Hmm... Time is really 🏃 slow here... It is not the malfunction of devices that is responsible for time dilation... It is the nature of reality... If you have hard time digesting this fact I would want to engage you in one thought experiment... We all know that moving charge create 🧲 field and if motion is relative then magnetic field must be relative too. If you are holding charge in your bed 🛌 then you won't see magnetic field as it is not moving.. but what if I see it from space? From my frame of reference it is moving at astounding 30km/s with earth..and it will have magnetic field around it according to me... So how do we incorporate this relativeness of magnetic field in electromagnetism to the motion of charged body... I mean we all know that moving charge experiences loerntz force in magnetic field and if magnetic field itself is relative term then that moving charge experiencing force will be relative too and will be dependent on observers... When we encountered this problem loerntz correctly derives loerntz transformation using some mathematics to provide correction and there is all sort of length contraction and time dilation kindaa thing in his final formula...and he thought it is kindaa calculational trick or something like that... But einstein knew something is hidden in it and he found about this later... I suggest you to search gravitomagnetism physics video by eugene in youtube..... So to sum up maxwell laws of electromagnetism paved way for the path to special relativity...😅😅😅😊😊

There is a factor of distance which effects time. So absolutely time is relative in the perspective of a reference frame.I hope you know that time is the 4th dimension which has not been accessed by us. So as we can control the length, wideth we can't control time without having a lot of informations about it. In the case of black hole the time axis bends towards the singularity of black hole which is caused by the curvature of black hole in time-space dimenssion.Here is also a case of light cone. Overall in black hole Einstein's general relativity equation (E=mc^2) will not work because even light is trapped here. & according to me having escape velocity is not actually possible in the black hole as it may be a point in time not in space. So obviously time will be slow down while moving though the songularity.
