Hello Gaurav Sir, Please clarify this: If a husband and wife don’t have any registered property in Delhi/Gurgaon, and the husband has booked a property (e.g., M3M) with only 20% payment made and just the Builder Buyer Agreement (BBA) completed, can the wife still apply for an Affordable Housing scheme under Priority Three? Please provide a genuine response to avoid potential issues later.

SPR Starting from vatika chowk which will include Smart world, DLF, Signature Global, Whiteland, DLF Privana and M3M Golf Hills will be the most valuable properties n location of Delhi NCR not just Gurgaon in next 5yrs. Much more valuable than Dwarka expressway coz It’s going to be exactly in the middle of Delhi and Gurgaon with just 30mins from Airport thru Dwarka expressway on one side and 30mins to the DLF golf course on the other side. It will b one of the most valuable location ie from sec66 to sec79 whatever comes there be it residential or commercial.

In Gurgaon, Undoubtedly People will stay in flats/builder floors worth Rs X Crores but they will not have clean air to breathe which is our fundamental need. To me it looks much more scary to live in Gurgaon in upcoming years. Luxury will be useless without basic needs Clean Air, Clean Water etc. If nothing is being done in this direction in upcoming years Gurgaon will be a pathetic place to live. End Users should think from a long term perspective.

I agree that future of SPR is bright. However, Golf Course Extension Road with neat & clean environment, proximity to Aaravilis, Golf Course Road on one side & favourable development on SPR shall continue to be sought after destination for end users.
