eeeeh they only got storm that deals damage, idk why people think tinker is a dangerous opponent, doom and alchemist is pretty damn easy to control, while sd is for mostly for disables meanwhile topson have razor, wk and enchantress which are waay better picks than the enemy team and disruptor can control enemy main dmg dealer - storm, so it's not really that bad in fact it's pretty damn good

Wdym? The title is saying that Topson built Gleipnir for a reason that will be revealed in the video. The video shows it was a matchup vs Storm. As you said, Gleipnir is a good item vs Storm. It didn't really say anything about revolutionary?
