Oh sure! If Yamaguchi had picked Terushima, he would have left Tsukki to go to class. They would still be friends but they would be really distant. Meanwhile, after Tsukki and Yams's talk, Terushima started to hang out a lot more with Yams, soon Yams moved on from Tsukki and started to date Terushima. Then, Tsukki would see them dating, but he wouldn't interfire, he would just smile as his ex love of his life loves another.
