i think turbo twister is actually supposed to be used for slower characters like citron and kernel corn. the reason why a peashooter could escape in like a single second was because he is already a fast mobile character, he's like the scout in TF2, he's a flank, hence why he can escape easier. so in short super brainz uses a counter for slower characters by making them even slower with the ability so he can catch them and use his fists on them.

Breakfast brainz sadly doesn’t have consist damage which makes it really hard to give him a turbo twister combo :’) Same goes for electro brainz, and toxic brainz due to the damage stacking

I mean it's ok but I wouldn't go as far as to call it good. Heroic kick being as insane as it is and being up so often can kinda invalidate a lot of its uses. Getting locked into the full duration on use isn't ideal either and can limit your options a bit. Mostly a last resort.
