Your Win Chun is very good, by the way. You are a credit to your Sifu. There is a certain sharpness in your movements that few have: it reminds me of Ip Chun. Your structure is very defined. I like the comment about avoiding bringing the elbows in too far. I've been guilty of this from time to time. Nice to hear someone actually say it. I merely "felt" it and had to reset. Thank you.

Suppinated is anatomical conflicting and so hinders the body to move and act natural when beeing relaxed. If moving, then one has to correct forcefully against how evolution made the body able to work; That is contraproductive and plain stupid. So your right, thats part of reason why I subscribed, I like listening to people who make sense in rel. to evolutionary useage of body in action and stillness, responsive to action only and so reacting. When not optimal able to relax, one cannot put all his bodyweight into the hits so to let bodyweight make the power of his hits; This way he never runs out of energy and never has to regain ability to land yet more or even just another hit, because he need to realign body from beeing out of alignment; This has to do with how a single man can beat many opponents coming at him at the same time; He is allways ready for everything and has all the energy that is needed for it, since he uses so little energy for each movement and actually make energy out of awarefull beeing able to relax body even more the further he goes since he learns body to know better all the time; Try look at thai muay thai fighters, in the ring, they do this too.
