With Doordash you have to drive back to your zone to continue to get orders. With UberEATS, You can get orders wherever you are and don't have to spend time driving back to your zone. Also, UE will send you new orders before you've even dropped off the current order.

@@shockawha9 Same here I started dd a few days ago and I had orders coming in as soon as I logged in and stayed busy for a few hours. There wasn't one stretch where I didn't have an order in my first day and I ended up outside of my zone for one delivery and my last one took me back to it. So I think it's pretty good.

I work at a Walmart overnight stocking for $17.50per hour. Believe me Uber eats is a better job. Easier physically, getting to drive and walk around outside instead of being stuck indoors under florescent lights, getting to take as long of breaks as you want, working as many hours as you want. The only real reason to choose Walmart is you want guaranteed money, you don't like driving, or you want to go to college

@@baconatoromg6062 not to mention he is "making" 1500 a week or 16.25hr but has to pay for fuel during these insane prices as well as car maintenance so I wouldn't be surprised if at the end of the year he averaged 1000 a week as he is very likely going to have some large mechanical failure and need new tires, multiple oil changes at this rate, significantly higher risk of crashing his car (duh) and many other hidden costs. In conclusion work at Walmart

It more depends on your city. I do Uber eats and DoorDash and I get way more offers on DoorDash that average about 50% more money than Uber eats. It’s all up to chance on who is ordering on which platform. But some days Uber eats will do me really good other days not so well. If you have a bigger city near you it may be worth it to drive to it for more orders/money

I’m in Philadelphia if you drive for Uber about 60 hrs a week your making about 2,000 a week with Uber incentives added. Where can you make that type of money on your own terms and do it when you feel like it ? I thought so

In east south florida with uber eats you don't make that much, not even in your dreams because most immigrants don't have the tip culture and uber eats pays pennies for each order. People just let you 2-3 bucks in tips and from time to time you see a 5 dollar tip but it's very rare... distances are far, mostly suburbs with lots of traffic and VERY aggressive drivers. I made 85 dollars in 6 hours and at the end I was exhausted.

True. It paid so well at the beginning of the pandemic. Now 90% of offers are $2.50 for 45 minutes. Not worth it
