@@rajivsharma28 Sir ruk gaya hai , 4 years ka tha bull run tha in residential real estate , 2008-9 ka bhi dekha hai mene bull and then bear market. I understand how money, stocks and real estate works. It is visible on the ground and soon will be the sales quarters numbers. Smart people have made profit booking and baki average FOMO guys who enters at wrong time in residentials flats will not able make much money for next 10 years. FD ye jayda return nhi denge projects.
