Oh wow. My Natal Venus is in Cancer, so this is my Venus Return. And this brought me to tears today. Because I have been in so many relationships where my needs were not being met, and I recently decided to just step toward these important people in my life. And you are right... It took me letting go of my ego and sacrificing my (Leo Sun!) Pride and having radical vulnerability. But in several instances, it made a huge difference and revolutionized the dynamic. @Selina Moon I think because all my other placements are very Sun/Mercury Fire and Air oriented... Venus in Cancer just feels a bit like a downer at times (particularly since mine is in the 8H!) Like... I struggle with vulnerability, a sense of belonging, my need to love deeply and with a lot of sensitivity conflicts so much with the rest of my chart. It's really been a pain point all my life. I've always struggled to let go of people, love, relationships, of all stripes. Thank you Adam. This perspective is so important and too often neglected in relationships. I have witnessed several marriages break down in recent years and observed how it has been the direct result of each partner consistently choosing to step away from each other. To focus on the grievances and resentment instead of love and vulnerability and finding common ground. On the weekend, under the eclipse, my partner and I went to a music festival (for the first time in 12 years while we’ve been raising a young family) and it was such a manifestation of this Venus in Cancer energy that you describe so beautifully. We are very different people, Cancer and Aquarius Suns and our approach to the social realm reflects these differences. But we love music, so we chose to go (though I could easily remain inside my crab shell with my kids forever in a way). We had a fantastic time and it felt very much like a south node excursion since it was in many ways a regression for me. After 22 years our relationship continues to grow, strengthen and improve on all levels because we work hard to resolve conflict and we choose to move towards each other in good faith. #grabbed Venus in Cancer... When you shared the story about your experience of feeling like your were in the presence of a goddess under the influence of Venus in Cancer this immediately resonated. Just last night I did a guided meditation that invoked the presence of the Goddess of Good Health and Holistic Healing, Hygiea (asteroid #10). I felt her presence and indeed, the asteroid goddess Hygiea is in my 7th House on Cancer making a conjunction with Venus. I have some deep emotional mother wounds that are being healed right night. These deep emotional wounds have manifested in the physical body, in the breasts, an area of the body that is ruled by Cancer, that are symbols of the nourishment that only a mother can give. I am working on with nutrition, preventive self-care and holistic healing practices. Today is my mother’s birthday and indeed the bond is more important than the self. It’s the generational bond that is being cleansed by the healing waters of Cancer in my life that impact all my life partnerships.

In a very dark place that i wasnt expecting, prepared for, or ever going to be not lost in, this video auto played unnoticed beneath the growling texas thunderstorm and endless tangles of sleep-forever thorns that it seemed so easy to know i could never escape and should in fact just lay down among and embrace, as easily as i knew i could never escape...suddenly, i looked up, saw your face, Adam, heard your voice. you were speaking directly to me, like making sure i was paying attention. Your words were warm , radiant Light. Eternal tangles of evil thorns were mostly just Shadows, and there was a broad, illuminated Path out of this grim dead place i did not wish to stay. You may not have noticed everything you were getting done that exact moment, but somewhere around the "elongated Venus", you were working on many levels, brother. I feel for you Justine. I've been estranged from my daughter since 2021 and she has also alienated my grandchildren from me and I'm heartbroken all the time with this life I didn't want or deserve. But light still gets in my heart and I have to live life well too so that's what I try to do and keep an open heart, not necessarily for her but for me to continue to give love. But yeah, it's tough and my heart goes out to you as it shatters so much being a mother and having that rejected. The message Adam gave at the end is beautiful and so we both heard that at least. We can feel that warmth in this moment and never mind the present outcome for us and our situation as love will eventually guide us to where we can safely be and of course, without sacrificing ourselves over and over again. 💓

#grabbed Venus in Cancer…another powerful, meaningful synchronicity occurred today that seems to have been invoked or ushered in by this talk on Venus in Cancer. I received an email today from New Times Cooking…like I do everyday, but today’s subject line was particularly striking, “Easy Soup to Help You Feel Better”. First of all I thought this was odd because ‘soup in Spring’ is not really a thing…those recipes tend to come out during winter…as I started to scan the email, I actually started to read it when my eyes landed on the sentence that ended with …”I’m a feeder at heart, I’ll simmer up a pot of soup at the very first sniffle…” Apparently Melissa (Clark, the editor) was inspired to make soup in spring due to a nasty spring cold virus going around. She went on further to describe the soup as “Jewish penicillin (chicken soup)” saying that “chicken soup” is an ancestral cure-all. Facts - soups are comforting, nourishing and indeed healing. This is very Cancerian, even the fact that soup is served in a bowl has a psychological impact on the healing power of soup. What’s more, with soup as a ‘cure-all’, a panacea, I recognize the spirit of one of ‘The Healing Daughters of Asclepius, Panacea letting herself be known and how she has been embodied in my life. My Lemon-Thyme Healing Chicken Soup is absolutely my go-to cure at ‘the very first sniffle’…what I’m seeing here is how I heal myself and others in the kitchen (Cancerian) cooking (Cancerian)…healthily (The Healing Daughters, Hygiea - who is my inner ‘dietitian’) …Melissa ends the email “make a pot and call me in the morning”…this gift that I have to cure with my soup awarded me the title, “Dr. Mom”. Soups work just as well to prevent malady as to cure one, they work on both the emotional and physical level, and with Venus in Cancer adding something sweet to the pot will cure sagging spirits. This transit conjuncts the asteroid goddess, Hygiea, the Goddess of Good Health in my Chart, it lands in my 7th House of partners, and just this week, my daughter announced that she is getting married…I’m making her a pot of ‘Italian Wedding Soup” as result of this synchronic occurrence and will draw down the energy of Venus in so doing. #cookingcare #cancer

I just want to say your Taurus ellipse phases exactly directly influence each transition and phase through growing up. So I was right! each being a 11 years cycle and each time learned something new, to help in the personal evolutionary journey towards destiny. It was an amazing talk thank you. My Merkabah activate last year in Scorpio which is apart of the fixed cross. now it is for filled, I watched smallville yesterday and just cried, episode 16 season 1 it was the Merkabah activation and I have not seen this episode before, I was on a fishing boat so impossible to see it, 20 years ago. So the brain knows. Massive reset its like the reset button. It was the exact episode that describes the vision and Merkaba awakening. exsactly. Now waiting for Jupiter to enter Taurus, which I know is going to be amazing.

I am a Cancer rising with my ac at the beginning degrees. I noticed as Mars mo Ed through all hell broke loose within the WOMEN of my family. There was some hurt there that had been still there from Mars traveling through Gemini that was going on behind the scenes for 6 months and then all of a sudden became visible to me as Mars moved into Cancer. Since I am the matriarch of the family the hurts ones came to me for advice. I saw the bottle neck right away, and that we would have to create an avenue around that cause it wasn't going to budge yet. Just this last weekend I was talking to my oldest daughter and see poured out her heart. So we decided that we had gotten to far away from each other even though we see each other several times a week. It's usually for dropping g off or picking up not for real connections. We decided that all us women needed to get away from our men and reconnect as women. Since my middle daughter has a BF and I have a new daughter in law we have not fully integrated her into the family. So we are planning a women's retreat for when Jupiter and Venus come into alignment and I did not even notice that until you said something about relationships. #grabbed

This eclipse season has been very challenging for me. I injured my back at work and having all sorts of issue after issue with obtaining my passport. Im supposed to leave the country to study traditional herbal medicine but I might need to cancel my plans. Been working so much to save for my trip, been feeling at a loss to say the least. My natal cancer is in the 9th house, jupiter in taurus in my 7th house. Not totally sure how that translates but I welcome healing and integration.

I have seen Amma a few times and usually cry when she hugs me and holds my head to her breast! She truly emanates unconditional love. The food is delicious and I love the music. I’m not a devotee and love her energy and all she does in the world. She walks her talk and doesn’t get rich like other gurus. I miss being in her presence and understand why the pandemic stopped her traveling and hugging so many people! Her stamina is incredible ❤

Oh man… I have been working on this myself and it’s NOT EASY! Now the solution isn’t to try to change the other person, you can only change yourself. Now it’s not easy but you just have to let go. Be honest with yourself and ask yourself why does this bother me so much? If you’re honest youll find the source of your frustrations your EGO! Lol maybe its a need to control or some inflated idea that your methods are superior and any other way is just dumb. I find once you can identify the reason like this, that you can (hopefully) see that you’re hung up over something kinda stupid and should let go of it once and for all. You just gotta let it go… hope this finds you well!
