Yeah brisk walking helps you live healthier, boost your endurance and reduce body fats, that is why I'm trying but it's hard haha

Yes, thats true. I never use to like walking until I came to UK. It took me at least 10 years before starting to like walking. Now a days, I walk at least 4,000 steps on my days off and I do a lot of walking at my workplace too.

😀very good idea. Walking is the best exercise anyone could ever do. So, come on lets get walking.
