No she was not fired. She gave an extensive interview after Jordan's death and said she was sad it was over, but grateful it lasted as long as it did. When they initially approached her for the roll, it was only supposed to be a dozen episodes. It ended up being around 50.

Colleen Zenk is an incredible actress but glad the storyline has ended. Also with Ian but he opened his eyes in the ambulance so we will probably hear from him in a couple of years. Ugh!! Please slow Phyllis down. I tape the shows now just so I don't have to watch her. When she interrupted Billy and Sally and grabbed their food and ate it. That made me sick. She is too forceful. Also I wish Billy would not have her in his company cuz now she thinks she owns it. I don't like her at all as Phyllis, just tone her down a little. She has no friends and even her children get upset about everything she does. Please put Nick and Sharon back together. Her voice is also getting on my nerves. Is it the meds that makes her talk that way. Like she is surprised all the time. Get Sharon back to herself. Also in soap opera land, please bring Heather back there was no need to kill her off. Hopefully she will come back. Everyone wants that. Why did you get rid of Abby, what is wrong with the writers. She owns a restaurant. I love her and Devon together. Bring her back!!! This crap with Damian needs to go away too. Let Claire and Kyle alone, they are cute together. Summer needs to leave Kyle alone. She broke up Chance and Sharon to be with him so have at him. Victor needs to stay out of Claire's life. Let someone be happy. We know it doesn't last long on this show.

It would have been nice if they could have brought her on the show as a long lost Chancellor relative, maybe the long lost daughter of kay. Even though Kay has been dead for a long time it would have been a great storyline. Imagine what it would have been like to have her and Jill go at it. Just a thought.

Not a bad one! Y&R has completely sidelined the Chancellor legacy! Having Colleen back as a long lost Chancellor relative would have helped revive Kay's legacy for sure and do justice to the Chancellor family line!
