Thanks for making me aware of the Zohar. I had not heard of it until now. But the Zohar is not considered God inspired by Christians.

At that time Circumcision was required as a SACRIFICE. God was angry at Moses because he didn't circumcise his son.

ITS POSSIBLE THAT GOD WAS GOING TO KILL MOSES BECAUSE HE WAS GOING TO ABANDON HIS SON AND WIFE. THIS MAYBE EVIDENT BECAUSE MOSES DIDNT DO THE CIRCUMCISION BUT HIS WIFE DID. SHE COULDNT BRING THEM INTO CONVENANT WITH GOD BECAUSE SHE WASN'T AN ISRAELITE BUT BY TOUCHING MOSES GENTIALS, WHO WAS CIRCUMCISED, SHE AND HER SON ENTERED INTO CONVENANT WITH THE GOD OF ISRAEL. JUST MY THEORY
