The problem with the present day Bharath is that we have invested so much in Gandhi and Nehru that if we suddenly call them anti national it would cause a huge backlash with in India and outside India , especially in geopolitics .Our nation's economy is not that strong that we can rewrite history. The only thing we can do at present is to spread awareness by YT , online classes , seminars etc. Luckily the present Govt is not hostile .Our focus must be to somehow become rich and powerful that we can dictate others ... In the world only rich and powerful gets heard. Meanwhile just create more public awareness so that citizens of India don't get "confused" when all these informations become public . Repetition is the key. Just like how they brainwashed you from school , constant repetition . P.S : the only way that I can think of doing this is to make our and future generation believe and educate that the entire Indians are the descendants of the great king "Bharath" , this land was given to us by the Great emperor Bharath and we are the proud descendants of the great ruler. Have this implanted first , rest will fit in automatically.

This way people will take the 1947 thing as "a part of history , that's of least consequence" as they have already associated themselves with 9500 year old history, Where is Gandhi when you have a powerful king , where is freedom fight when you have Ramayan and mahabarath. Where is "my truth experience ...something" when you have "vedas" . Slowly incorporate it , at the same time keep on challenging Gandhi and Nehru ( things must be done in parallel ) again subtle is the key ... we care not powerful to rewrite everything in 10 years time . Recently I learnt that- The first seven navy chiefs appointed by Nehru were Britishers. Only on 22 April 1958 did an Indian become navy chief. The first five air force chiefs appointed by Nehru were Britishers. Only on 1 April 1954 did an Indian become air force chief. The first two army chiefs appointed by Nehru were Britishers. A saying goes wisdom comes with age but sometimes age alone comes.This is squarely applicable on this man who is unable to differentiate between the position pre 15 Aug 1947 and after that.wef 15 Aug 1947 more than 550 princely states were also to become independent and some of big states were not inclined to merge with India.Since mountbaiton has substantial influence over all the states there fore a clever message was given through mountbaiton that after merging with Indian Givernment they would enjoy all liberty and would work like an indeoendent nation except defence,foreign policy and communication.Since words of MountbIton were taken in that spirites ,most of states agreed to join India and rest is history.Regarding Commander of force it is well known facts that almost all commissioned Officer were English who were not ready to work under any Indian Commander so in order to swift transition of power in forces keeping an English person for sometime was not bad idea.Comparision with Zinnah for becoming GG is totally absurd as it was proved in life time of Zinnah itself.On the other hand India sucessfully introduced some radical change such as Land Reforms,Abolition of Jagirdari,Formation of new states after merging of existing princely states etc for which strong holding on power was essentially required.It is easy to criticise yesterday decisions today but it is very difficult to take appropriate decision at appropriate time in prevailing condition.Time has proved that decisions were correct and in the best interest of Nation.

I think there was a secret understanding between the Congress & British . India should not connect with USSR at any cost & Pakistan will be allowed to take over Kashmir & act like a Buffer state.
