That's the problem with Yoda or the Jedi as a whole. Yoda kept it to himself and never told anyone of his vision possibly to not cause an alarm within the Jedi Order. However, Dooku also warnes them all about 'coming darkness' and Yoda along with the whole Council dismissed it or kept it to themselves for the same reason. If you really think about it, the extinction of the Jedi was all their fault.

You could see that some of the Jedi did sense something. I believe they were confused by the premonition of clones attacking so they didn't know how to respond. If they had followed their training, most would have survived. Plus the clones not feeling any emotions when they enacted the order also made it more difficult.

Additionally, the reason why the jedi couldn't semse Palpatine being a sith was because the jedi temple or council building (I forget whoch one) was built on top of a sith graveyard which completely maked the dark energy from Palpatine and even his artifacts Secondly, the sith had not been seen in many, many years causing the Jedi to become complacent which is why many Jedi chose to focus on defensive fighting styles instead of dueling styles luke Count Dooku Thirdly, Palpatine had been training and building his power for years and he had the rare ability to mask himself, right down to his eyes and physical form Dooku didnt have this ability but was harder to detect due to him not fully accepting the dark side, only tapping into it as needed instead of releasing control of himself to it, hense why he also didn't have the 'sith eyes'

Its also possible not everyone received the command at the same time, so Yoda had time to feel other Jedi being killed first. For example in Ep3 Palpatine personally gives the order to Commander Cody. You can also hear the troopers near Yoda acknowledging as if they were directly contacted. So if Palps did this with even a few commanders it would cause a delay in communications, whereas the disturbance in the force would be instant.

I tend to think Obi-wan sensed the deaths as well since he survived the attack as well as Yoda. We don't see much of him right after the attack but I believe he was in survival mode and had to focus to get out of that situation. Guessing by Windu’s position of being Master of the order, underneath the Grandmaster, he probably would’ve felt something too. However this is speculation due to a lack of research and information in my part. Guessing by Yoda having lots of involvement in training, as the Grandmaster, Windu probably had some involvement too. Or maybe Windu was more involved in other departments idk. It’s all just a big guess, not that it matters anyway since Windu died right before order 66 was executed.
