She is a 6 year old child, and children don't have the autonomy or are at least conscious enough of the world around them to be cultural icons. Maybe when she's older and carves her own path she can be declared a cultural icon but for now, she is simply the child of two very famous people that dress her nicely.

i think the reason why people may second guess if she is "normal and organic" is because plenty of people change when they reach a high level of success-- specifically when you make a lot of coin. When you get in to a certain tax bracket you start to lose the relatability you once had and it can sometimes change people for the worse. I think all of her big fans know that she is and tries to be real, but we don't all recognize her that way is all :)
