Just visited India but I think life in Germany is far better comfortable peaceful and much better than other countries. In the beginning I wanted to go back. But we took better decision to stay here. Very well covered points which are the genuine reasons why people from asian countries want to settle abroad. Back home so many problems, corruption, population, pollution, work politics,illiteracy, deteriorating standard of living, poor quality of life. Money is not everything. Even though salaries are higher but compared to Europe and US, it will always be less. Nowadays the food scene has also got better abroad. In short, it is much better life abroad especially in USA and European countries.

Can you please provide your insights on pension in Germany . I heard we can take the amount we paid for pension when we complete 5 years in Germany and back to India. Otherwise we get money only after 72 years. What about pension money if we want stay for another 2-3 yrs in Germany.? Please reply asap, we need to take a decision

You can take out the amount if you leave the country before 5 years of pension contributions. Otherwise it’s only after 67 years.

@@shwetahippargi3611 It means if you dont withdraw within 5 years your pension contributions they are as good as gone. Plus how will you even get these pension contributions germany would demand life certificate at the age of 67 every year. You cannot travel to germany each year to show them proof that you are alive to get pensions. You will be spending more money in travelling to germany every year for signing life certificate. German companies would deduct the money and for all practical purposes I dont think you will ever be able to get it back if you dont settle in germany.

The parents Cannot live with you in Germany. For 3 months at a time and maximum of 6 months in a year.

For them they have siblings in India to take care of parents. But for single child it becomes impossible to keep living abroad and still take care of aging and ailing parents. Unless somebody are stone hearted who doesn't care for their parents. Or you are so rich that you can afford a nice old age home.

You would have to tread with caution and obey laws in respect to child welfare. Or else if your child complains even innocently, your child will be taken away by the authorities and you would have to fight hard to get her back.
