Hello guys, I had ordered a raven black hoodie with order id 12593 with payment done already online ( it says paid on ur website too) but when the package came it says cod and the delivery guy asks me to pay again, Its been 4 days i have mailed u (do u remember ur 24-48 hours reply policy?😅) but there is no response from ur side Daily the delivery guy comes and i just keep returning the package back until i get any response from u Its my humble request to please ask ekart guys to remove the cod tag from my parcel or please cancel my order and refund my money back 🙏
