Which luts did you use or how did you match the cameras , did you use a color chart. I'm curious because if looks good.

Thanks for Testing and the hint. But I think it is pretty much pixel peeping I wouldnt have noticed without magnification. And the other thing is that most of the time you would try to avoid this contrast anyway.

The problem is in 2k not on the 200fps... 2k have problems on the pixel biding...

Also gute Entscheidung!!

Yes. But of course have the firmware upgrade for the camera and you'll need to use a HDMI 2.0 cable between the camera and the Ninja

YES - I don't know why this issue doesn't get more attention. This is present for me with internal recordings as well but I have noticed them with the raw output also. Those awful pink artifacts. Same situation - for me I notice it with very high contrast areas where you have dark pixels right next to bright or overexposed pixels. If I'm trying to shoot silhouettes the shot is unusable. Funny thing is, I have spotted this issue on Sony's official demo videos - so I know it's not something I've done wrong in my setup. Clearly it's a limitation of the camera - I'm assuming it's a flaw with the sensor. The raw output from the SDI is straight from the sensor, with no internal processing (if I understand correctly). So for now, we just use our FS7's slow motion for any shots with high contrast. Not exactly a fix... Please post if you find out any more or have any workarounds.

Hey Ty, unfortunately Sony seems not to do anything about this problem. The FS5M2 has the exact same issue. After reaching out to Sony, I heard different reasons (signal processing of the sensor OR off-axis light) - but Sonys support with this issue is just poor. I agree that this should get more attention and people interested in those cameras should be aware of the problem since it's promoted for its HFR features. I will make a video about this issue soon.
